Items must be returned to the ODJECTS store where you made the purchase. We welcome returns and will help you exchange the item to something else in our store or offer you a store credit, which you can use at our store and on our webshop.
To return your item the following conditions are necessary:
* The return is made within 7 days of purchase.
* The item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
* The original purchase receipt must be presented.
* The item is not a sale item or a discounted item.
To protect your health and the health of others, we do not refund or exchange in-store or online purchases on pierced earrings, swimwear, underwear.
Where items are faulty, have been wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to, you are welcome to choose between a refund to store credit (with proof of purchase), repair or exchange.
FOR ONLINE ORDERS
For online returns you will need to return the item(s) within 7 days of order receipt with your invoice. The item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging.
If you need to make a return, please bring or print the invoice included in your order and take it to an ODJECTS store where we will help you find an exchange item or offer you a store credit.
FOR ALL PURCHASES
Please note, we currently do not offer cash refunds on eligible return items. Only Exchange for a new/different item or store credit, if applicable.
Gift vouchers and store credits are not redeemable for cash.
