RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

These items must be returned to an ODJECTS store where you bought it. We welcome returns and will help you exchange the item to something else in our stores or offer you a store credit, which you can use on our webshop.

To return your item the following conditions are necessary:

* The return is made within 7 days of purchase.
* The item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
* The original purchase receipt must be presented.
* The item is not a sale item or a discounted item.

NOTE:
To protect your health and the health of others, we do not refund or exchange in-store or online purchases on swimwear, underwear or pierced earrings. Where items are faulty, have been wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to, you are welcome to choose between a refund to store credit (with proof of purchase), repair or exchange.
Please note, we currently do not offer cash refunds on eligible return items.
Gift vouchers and store credits are not redeemable for cash. This policy applies to in-store and online at www.odjects.co

FOR ONLINE ORDERS

We hope you love your purchase, however if you’re not 100% happy, simply follow the process on how to return or exchange the item(s) you bought online.

For online returns you will need to return it within 7 days of receipt with your invoice, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you need to make a return, please bring or print the invoice included in your order and take it to an ODJECTS store where we will help you find an exchange item or offer you a store credit.
